Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and hardware systems
- Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting for employees across all departments
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect organizational data
- Install, configure, and upgrade software applications and operating systems
- Document IT processes, procedures, and system configurations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology projects and system implementations
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential technical issues
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, security practices, and cloud technologies
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional) preferred
- Experience with Windows/Linux systems and virtualization technologies
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
