Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and hardware systems.
- Provide timely technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Implement and monitor IT security measures to protect company data and prevent unauthorized access.
- Assist in the planning and execution of software installations and system upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, inventory, and service logs.
- Collaborate with external vendors for hardware procurement and technical support services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices for IT operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an IT support or technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and network protocols.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware peripherals and common software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical staff.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, CCNA) are an advantage.
