Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the company’s local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and internet connectivity to ensure seamless communication.
- Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Implement and monitor IT security protocols, including firewall management, antivirus updates, and data backup procedures.
- Install, configure, and update computer systems, operating systems, and business applications.
- Conduct regular system performance audits and perform necessary maintenance to prevent downtime.
- Assist in the procurement, inventory management, and lifecycle management of IT equipment and supplies.
- Collaborate with management and staff to identify technical needs and recommend IT solutions that improve operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, hardware components, and operating systems (Windows, Linux preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic scripting or programming knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced corporate setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data security and privacy.
