Tanggung Jawab
- Design, install, and configure network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Ensure 24/7 availability and optimal performance of all banking network systems and branch connectivity.
- Monitor network security and perform regular audits to protect sensitive financial data against cyber threats.
- Collaborate with IT management to implement network upgrades and digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage relationships with ISPs and hardware vendors to ensure prompt technical support and infrastructure maintenance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for network configurations and troubleshooting protocols.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for network-related issues escalated by internal helpdesk staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in network administration or network engineering.
- Proven expertise in managing Cisco or equivalent enterprise-grade networking hardware.
- Strong understanding of banking industry compliance and data security standards (e.g., BSP requirements, ISO 27001).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid networking is highly preferred.
- Relevant industry certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+) are a distinct advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to bridge technical and business requirements.
