Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and workstations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Ensure the security of IT systems and data through regular updates and monitoring.
- Implement and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT supplies and services.
- Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
- Conduct user training on IT systems and best practices.
- Assist in IT asset management and inventory control.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support or administration.
- Proficient in Windows and/or Linux server environments.
- Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and firewall management.
- Experience with cybersecurity tools and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel overseas occasionally.
