Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for IT assets and equipment
- Monitor stock levels and initiate procurement processes for IT supplies
- Analyze inventory data using Excel or Google Sheets to identify trends and optimize stock
- Assist in IT asset lifecycle management including deployment and decommissioning
- Support hardware/software installations and configuration tasks
- Conduct regular physical audits to reconcile digital and physical inventory
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and improve processes
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in BS Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware components and software systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Available for part-time internship schedule (20-25 hours/week)
