Elitez Group is seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Operation Manager to join our dynamic team in Ulu Tiram. In this pivotal role, you will be the cornerstone of our internal IT infrastructure, primarily focusing on the seamless operation and optimization of our ERP ecosystem, Microsoft Dynamics NAV. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between technical operations and business requirements, ensuring our systems are robust, scalable, and fully aligned with our operational goals.
As our IT Operation Manager, you will lead the charge in managing daily IT support, system performance monitoring, and strategic upgrades. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end administration and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP system.
- Provide comprehensive technical support to departments to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to manage system upgrades, patch installations, and database optimizations.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, security protocols, and data backup procedures to ensure organizational compliance.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements within the ERP environment.
- Manage the IT helpdesk workflow, prioritizing tickets and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Train end-users on ERP modules and best practices to maximize system adoption and productivity.
- Prepare regular reports on IT system health, performance metrics, and project status for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations, with a strong background in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central).
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional IT projects and infrastructure support.
- Solid understanding of SQL Server database management and system integration principles.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay to effectively engage with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing or corporate environment.
- Industry-relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified, ITIL) will be considered a significant advantage.
