Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud services to ensure optimal performance
- Proactively identify and resolve system incidents, outages, and security threats through advanced monitoring tools
- Implement and document IT operational procedures, disaster recovery plans, and compliance protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions
- Conduct regular system health checks, performance tuning, and capacity planning
- Manage user access controls, security patches, and system updates
- Prepare detailed incident reports, performance metrics, and operational documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, networking fundamentals, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Proficiency with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix) and ITIL practices
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills with ability to document procedures and report incidents clearly
- Certifications (CompTIA Network+, Linux+, or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner) are advantageous
