- Coordinate end-to-end service delivery operations across multiple IT sites
- Oversee and schedule preventive maintenance activities for hardware/software systems
- Manage and prioritize technical support requests with SLA adherence

- Document all IT activities, maintenance logs, and incident reports

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related technical field
- 2+ years of experience in IT operations or service coordination
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and ITIL frameworks

- Proficiency in ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and monitoring tools
