Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage data center operations including server, storage, and network infrastructure
- Analyze operational data using monitoring tools to identify performance trends and anomalies
- Perform proactive maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware/software systems
- Document operational procedures, incidents, and resolutions according to ITIL standards
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment maintenance, upgrades, and replacements
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and operational policies
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize infrastructure performance and scalability
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data center operations or IT infrastructure management
- Strong technical skills in server administration, networking, and virtualization technologies
- Proficiency in operational data analysis using tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or SolarWinds
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Server+, Network+, or VMware VCP preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
