This role is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in maintaining robust software systems, managing deployments, and ensuring the technical stability of our digital infrastructure.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining the daily technical stability of digital systems and services.
- Support the development team with software deployment processes, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Perform routine system health checks and report any technical anomalies to the senior IT staff.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues reported by internal team members.
- Document technical procedures, system configurations, and standard operating processes.
- Participate in team meetings to brainstorm improvements for digital operational efficiency.
- Support the maintenance of internal server environments and cloud-based assets.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of networking, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and cloud infrastructure concepts.
- Proficiency in basic scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash, or PowerShell) is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Malay.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and system management tools.
