We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Operations Executive to join the Great Wall Motors team in Kuala Lumpur. In this key role, you will be responsible for the seamless maintenance of our IT infrastructure, ensuring that desktop systems and office equipment operate at peak efficiency. You will play a vital role in supporting our daily business operations, minimizing downtime, and providing technical solutions that enhance productivity.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily maintenance and troubleshooting of desktop systems, servers, and office network infrastructure.
- Provide timely technical support and resolution for hardware and software issues encountered by employees.
- Manage IT asset inventory, ensuring accurate tracking of all equipment, licenses, and consumables.
- Perform regular system backups, updates, and security patches to safeguard organizational data.
- Coordinate with external vendors for the procurement, maintenance, and repair of office equipment and IT hardware.
- Ensure strict adherence to company IT policies, security protocols, and regulatory standards.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software installations across the office.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in IT operations, technical support, or helpdesk roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware components, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks is a plus.
