Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to all employees across the organization
- Set up and configure new systems and software solutions to meet business needs
- Implement and test AI tools to enhance operational efficiency
- Monitor system performance and implement security measures to protect company data
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles for team reference
- Collaborate with department heads to understand and address their technology requirements
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and recommend improvements to current systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT operations or technical support roles
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, system administration, and cybersecurity
- Experience with AI tools and emerging technologies is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate are advantageous
- Experience in the property or real estate industry is a plus
