Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
- Provide Tier 1, 2, and 3 technical support to end-users, ensuring high levels of customer service and quick resolution of issues.
- Administer and maintain core IT systems such as Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Implement and monitor security protocols, performing regular audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Manage IT asset inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, including network diagrams, standard operating procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
- Lead or assist in IT projects, from system upgrades to the rollout of new technologies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations regarding data privacy and security (e.g., Data Privacy Act).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an IT operations, systems administration, or technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux Server environments, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs), and hardware.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills; ability to think on your feet under pressure.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on-site in Makati City and participate in an on-call rotation if necessary.
