Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
  • Monitor system performance and proactively resolve operational bottlenecks
  • Implement security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
  • Document IT processes, incidents, and resolutions
  • Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software maintenance
  • Assist in disaster recovery planning and testing
  • Support system migrations and infrastructure upgrades

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 2+ years experience in IT operations or technical support
  • Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization
  • Strong knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk)
  • CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certification preferred
  • Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
