Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end IT asset lifecycle including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement
- Maintain accurate asset inventory records using management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Ivanti)
- Coordinate with vendors for asset repairs, replacements, and disposal
- Conduct regular audits to ensure asset compliance and physical security
- Support IT operations teams with asset-related troubleshooting and escalations
- Generate asset utilization reports and lifecycle cost analyses
- Develop and implement asset management policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT asset management or operations support
- Proficiency with asset management software (e.g., ServiceNow, Ivanti, Lansweeper)
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and IT infrastructure standards
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
