Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud-based IT infrastructure (Linux and Windows Server).
- Monitor system health and performance to ensure 99.9% uptime and stability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Implement and maintain security protocols, firewalls, and access controls.
- Conduct regular system backups, patch management, and disaster recovery testing.
- Document technical processes, create runbooks, and maintain technical documentation.
- Provide Tier 2 technical support to internal employees and resolve incidents.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers for IT asset management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an IT Operations Engineer or System Administrator.
- Proficiency in Chinese language (speaking and writing) is essential for this role.
- Strong knowledge of Linux (RHEL/CentOS) and Windows Server environments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is a strong plus.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
