Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices
- Provide technical support and assistance to faculty, staff, and students regarding IT-related inquiries and problems
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, operating systems, and software applications
- Design promotional posters and create engaging video content for marketing and communications
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including local area networks (LAN) and internet connectivity
- Perform routine maintenance, updates, and backups of systems and data
- Document technical issues, solutions, and procedures for future reference and knowledge base
- Assist in procurement, inventory management, and asset tracking of IT equipment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting, including Windows operating systems and common office applications
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts, LAN configuration, and internet connectivity
- Experience or demonstrated skill in graphic design and video editing for promotional materials
- Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent analytical and diagnostic skills
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment
