Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic IT procurement plans aligned with organizational goals
- Research, evaluate, and select appropriate IT hardware, software, and services
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate favorable terms and conditions
- Analyze market trends and recommend cost-effective technology solutions
- Prepare and manage procurement budgets and ensure cost control
- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of procured solutions
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and compliance records
- Monitor vendor performance and service levels, implementing improvements as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT procurement or technology purchasing
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware, and software requirements
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite
- Certification in procurement (CIPS, CPSM) is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
