As an IT Platform Associate, you will work at the intersection of infrastructure management and user support. You will play a critical role in maintaining system uptime, troubleshooting technical hurdles, and ensuring that our digital content is always up-to-date and accurate. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain the health and performance of corporate digital platforms.
- Provide prompt technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users experiencing platform issues.
- Execute routine system updates, patches, and configurations to ensure optimal functionality.
- Perform regular data integrity audits to ensure content accuracy across all managed platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and platform enhancements.
- Generate technical reports on system performance, downtime incidents, and user support trends.
- Document technical processes and create user-friendly guides to improve platform adoption.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in IT support, platform administration, or system maintenance.
- Strong working knowledge of web-based platforms, CMS environments, and database management.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a logical and systematic approach to technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- High proficiency in Windows/Linux environments and basic knowledge of networking protocols.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment with changing priorities.
