In this project-based role, you will serve as the operational backbone for key IT initiatives, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and strictly aligned with organizational goals. You will act as the central point of coordination between technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership, facilitating clear communication and streamlined workflows.

As a PMO Associate, you will be responsible for the end-to-end tracking of project lifecycles, from initiation to closure. Your keen eye for detail will be crucial in maintaining accurate documentation, managing project schedules, and identifying potential risks before they impact timelines. Tanggung Jawab

  • Support the Project Management Office (PMO) by coordinating project activities and ensuring alignment with KPMG's delivery standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, risk registers, and project charters.
  • Track project progress against milestones and timelines, providing real-time updates to project sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, escalations, and dependencies to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Assist in the standardization of project management processes and templates.
  • Monitor resource allocation and deliverable quality to support the project manager.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a PMO or Project Coordination role, preferably within a professional services or IT environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and project management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a temporary or contract capacity.
