Tanggung Jawab
- Lead technical presales activities including solution design, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts
- Conduct in-depth client consultations to map business requirements to technical solutions
- Develop compelling technical proposals and presentations aligned with client needs
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities and provide technical support throughout the sales cycle
- Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings
- Prepare technical documentation including whitepapers, case studies, and solution briefs
- Partner with product and engineering teams to gather product intelligence and provide feedback
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience in presales or technical consulting role with enterprise IT solutions
- Strong expertise in Red Hat technologies and enterprise infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with automation tools and technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Red Hat Certified Engineer) preferred
