- Collaborate with sales teams to design technical solutions aligned with client business objectives
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for enterprise clients
- Develop detailed solution architectures and technical proposals for Red Hat ecosystems
- Stay current with automation technologies, cloud platforms, and enterprise solution trends
- Support sales cycles through technical qualification and solution validation
- Create collateral including whitepapers, ROI analyses, and competitive comparisons
- Partner with engineering teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- 3+ years of presales or solutions engineering experience
- Expert knowledge of Red Hat technologies (RHEL, OpenShift, Ansible)
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Proficiency in automation tools and enterprise solution frameworks
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Red Hat certification or equivalent cloud architecture credentials preferred
