- Design and implement optimized workflows to enhance operational efficiency

- Document processes, procedures, and workflows using standard methodologies
- Monitor process performance and recommend data-driven improvements
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Develop process metrics and reporting frameworks for continuous monitoring
- Ensure compliance with IT governance standards and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration
- 3+ years of experience in process analysis or business process improvement
- Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with BPMN, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (ITIL)
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights
