Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end IT procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract administration.
- Oversee the management of competitive bidding processes and vendor selection to ensure the best solutions.
- Monitor and track orders to guarantee timely delivery and accurate inventory levels.
- Resolve supply chain disputes and address operational challenges proactively.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare necessary documentation for audits.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify IT requirements and recommend suitable vendors.
- Analyze market trends to optimize purchasing strategies and reduce costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management within the IT or logistics industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work onsite during dayshift hours with a professional demeanor.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with local logistics and supply chain regulations in the Philippines.
