Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end IT procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract administration.
  • Oversee the management of competitive bidding processes and vendor selection to ensure the best solutions.
  • Monitor and track orders to guarantee timely delivery and accurate inventory levels.
  • Resolve supply chain disputes and address operational challenges proactively.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare necessary documentation for audits.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify IT requirements and recommend suitable vendors.
  • Analyze market trends to optimize purchasing strategies and reduce costs.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management within the IT or logistics industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to work onsite during dayshift hours with a professional demeanor.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with local logistics and supply chain regulations in the Philippines.
