Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily tasks and milestones for the backend development team, focusing on Laravel-based web projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact between technical developers, management, and relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure all deliverables are met within the agreed-upon schedules.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
- Document project requirements, progress reports, and technical specifications to ensure team alignment.
- Identify potential project risks and bottlenecks, proactively escalating issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Assist in the quality assurance process by coordinating UAT (User Acceptance Testing) cycles with clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Junior Project Manager, or in a similar administrative role within an IT environment.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and web application development.
- Familiarity with PHP and the Laravel framework is a significant advantage.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills in English and Malay.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with changing priorities.
