Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of IT projects from initiation to closure.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders, technical leads, and the development team.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and meeting minutes.
- Monitor project budgets and resource utilization to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies proactively.
- Support the implementation of project management methodologies and best practices within the team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a project coordination or support role within the IT industry.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Proficient in using project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, or Asana.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and large-scale IT environment.
