Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate the end-to-end execution of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular project status updates and performance reports.
- Facilitate cross-functional team meetings, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions.
- Manage project documentation, including timelines, resource allocation, and technical requirements.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and bottlenecks to ensure smooth workflow delivery.
- Collaborate with developers and IT staff to resolve technical blockers and process inefficiencies.
- Support the implementation of project management tools and best practices to optimize team output.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2-4 years of experience in IT project coordination or project management support.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, capable of managing global stakeholder expectations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, home-based setup during the night shift.
- Technical aptitude to understand IT project life cycles and software development processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
