Goodman Tech BPO OPC is looking for a dedicated IT Project Coordinator/Manager to join our high-performing team in Bonifacio Global City. In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between our technical teams and international clients, ensuring that Managed Service Provider (MSP) projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end IT project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with client expectations and technical requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for French and English-speaking clients, providing regular status updates and project documentation.
- Manage resource allocation, project timelines, and budget tracking for multiple MSP accounts.
- Facilitate communication between internal engineering teams and external stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks.
- Oversee project risk management, proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues before they impact delivery.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including scope statements, project plans, and performance reports.
- Lead project meetings and ensure all stakeholders are informed of progress, changes, and milestones.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager within an MSP or IT service environment.
- Full professional proficiency in both French and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and technical support ticketing systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2) is highly desirable but not required.
