As the IT Project Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and management of critical IT infrastructure initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver robust, scalable solutions that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead infrastructure projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Design and deploy network, server, and cloud solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure all infrastructure solutions meet security and compliance standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an IT Project Engineer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of networking, virtualization, and cloud services.
- Demonstrated project management skills with relevant certifications.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in enterprise project environments is highly valued.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, design, and implement IT infrastructure projects across multiple locations.
- Manage project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integration.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for infrastructure initiatives.
- Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
- Evaluate new technologies and propose improvements to infrastructure.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, VPN), servers (Windows/Linux), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Proven project management skills with certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with enterprise-grade infrastructure solutions.
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, ITIL) are a plus.
