In this role, you will be the bridge between technical engineering teams and business stakeholders. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of integration projects, ensuring that legacy infrastructure communicates seamlessly with modern digital interfaces. We are looking for an expert communicator who can translate complex technical requirements into actionable project milestones while maintaining a focus on scalability, security, and user experience.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, from initial requirement gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.
- Manage the integration of mobile and web applications with existing enterprise ERP systems.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular project status updates and risk mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and system architects, to ensure project alignment.
- Identify potential technical bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on schedule.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including scope definitions, project plans, and resource allocation trackers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management, specifically focusing on system integrations.
- Proven track record of managing projects involving ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies; PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus.
- Excellent technical proficiency in understanding API architectures, middleware, and cloud integrations.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
- Fluency in English with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
