Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle management including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Serve as primary escalation point for project risks, issues, and stakeholder concerns
- Develop comprehensive project plans with clear scope, milestones, resource allocation, and budget management
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business stakeholders
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure iterative progress and adaptability
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide detailed status reports to leadership
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive IT project management experience
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to assess technical requirements and business impacts
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycles, and emerging technologies
