As part of our IT organization, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, focusing on enterprise-grade solutions such as SAP BTP and other critical infrastructure projects. You will act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our global operational excellence standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute complex IT projects from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring adherence to project management best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Oversee the implementation of enterprise solutions, with a specific focus on SAP BTP and related technologies.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines while mitigating risks and resolving technical bottlenecks.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams, technical engineers, and business unit leaders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and technical workflows.
- Drive continuous improvement of internal IT processes to enhance operational efficiency across the regional site.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a multinational manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven expertise in managing SAP projects, specifically SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) implementations.
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business users.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, or ServiceNow).
