As an IT Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and detailed resource requirements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and schedules, ensuring milestones are met.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Manage project budgets and financial forecasting to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Communicate project status, progress, and updates to senior management and clients effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or Program Manager (5+ years preferred).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Asana.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
