Trans Eurokars Pte Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Project Manager to lead our transformative ERP and DMS (Dealer Management System) implementations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. We are looking for a leader who can drive Agile methodologies, foster stakeholder alignment, and champion business process excellence across the organization. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead ERP/DMS Implementations: Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery of ERP and DMS systems tailored to business needs.
- Drive Agile Methodologies: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprints, Planning, Retrospectives) and ensure the team adheres to Agile best practices for iterative delivery.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Business Process Excellence: Analyze current workflows and design efficient business processes to drive operational efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
- Resource & Budget Management: Manage project resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness throughout the project.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential project risks early and implement robust mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and minimize disruptions.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with specific exposure to ERP or DMS implementations.
- Methodologies: Strong working knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications are highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Technical Background: Solid understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles, and database management.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
