Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business strategy
- Develop detailed project plans with milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Manage cross-functional teams (developers, engineers, analysts) to ensure cohesive project execution
- Monitor project KPIs, track progress against baselines, and implement corrective actions
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through regular status updates and executive reporting
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and quality assurance processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive IT project management experience in telecom or tech sector
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification required
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Waterfall frameworks
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience managing budgets over PHP 1M and cross-functional teams of 10+ members
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycles, and telecom operations
