Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end software development projects using Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- Define project scope, deliverables, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment
- Monitor project progress through KPI tracking and implement corrective actions as needed
- Manage cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, and UX designers
- Prepare executive reports on project status, budget adherence, and resource utilization
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company governance protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience in software development
- PMP or Agile/Scrum certification required
- Proven expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong background in resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project)
- Experience leading remote/distributed development teams
