Tanggung Jawab
- Lead full project lifecycle management from initiation through closure
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Monitor progress and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and status reporting
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 2 years as Project Coordinator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Proficient in project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience in budget tracking and resource optimization
