Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within financial constraints.
- Liaise with key stakeholders, including clients and internal departments, to gather requirements and communicate project status effectively.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Identify potential project risks and issues early, developing mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance processes and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project) to track progress and maintain detailed documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as an IT Project Manager or similar technical project leadership role.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
