Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and finalize IT projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management.
- Lead cross-functional teams, providing clear direction and fostering a collaborative, high-performance work culture.
- Monitor and track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards and technical specifications.
- Proactively manage project risks and identify potential bottlenecks before they impact project timelines.
- Communicate project progress, status reports, and technical challenges to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Oversee the allocation of resources and manage third-party vendors where applicable.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in an agile, engineering-focused environment.
- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Kanban).
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification is highly preferred.
