Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and finalize IT projects according to strict deadlines and quality standards.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure optimal delivery and resource allocation.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on business operations.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and senior management, to ensure alignment.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams to foster collaboration and high performance.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Produce regular project status reports and update stakeholders accordingly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Project Management within the financial sector.
- Proven experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and banking systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PgMP is highly preferred.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Confluence).
