In this role, you will be the driving force behind the end-to-end delivery of complex financial technology initiatives, ensuring seamless alignment between technical execution and business objectives.
As an IT Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions that meet the high-security and high-performance demands of the investment banking environment. You will bridge the gap between stakeholders, developers, and infrastructure teams, managing project lifecycles, mitigation of risks, and delivery timelines in a fast-paced, high-stakes ecosystem.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the full project lifecycle for high-impact Fintech and investment banking software solutions.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior stakeholders and business leads.
- Manage resource allocation, project budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between software engineers, QA, DevOps, and business analysts.
- Implement Agile or Waterfall methodologies to ensure optimal development efficiency and product quality.
- Conduct regular status reporting, risk management, and issue resolution to stakeholders.
- Ensure all technical project components comply with financial industry regulations and data security standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management, specifically within the Banking, Fintech, or Financial Services sectors.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM certifications are highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex system integrations or digital banking transformations.
