Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and project closure.
- Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and technical development teams to ensure alignment.
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
- Conduct regular project status meetings to report on progress, milestones, risks, and resource allocation.
- Manage client expectations and serve as the primary point of contact for project-related account inquiries.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for technology-driven optimization and improvement.
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within the agreed-upon timeline and budget.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a hybrid role involving Project Management, Business Analysis, or Account Management within an IT setting.
- Strong proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project) and documentation software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment in Taguig City.
