Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the delivery team, translating business needs into technical specifications
- Manage project resources effectively, including team allocation, vendor management, and budget oversight
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans to ensure project success
- Facilitate regular project meetings, providing clear updates to stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and solutions
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, best practices, and quality standards
- Document project processes, requirements, and outcomes for future reference and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions with existing systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in IT project management, with a track record of delivering successful software solutions
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding practical solutions to complex challenges
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
