In this role, you will serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.
As an IT Project Manager, you will take full ownership of the project roadmap, from initial requirements gathering and resource allocation to final deployment and post-launch evaluation. You will operate across our key hubs in Makati and Ortigas, fostering collaboration in high-energy environments. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full Project Management Lifecycle (PMLC) from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution.
- Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and removing impediments to maintain project velocity.
- Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and technical bottlenecks.
- Track project performance using appropriate tools, systems, and metrics to report progress.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices for quality assurance.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical development teams and non-technical business partners.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT project management or technical leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Asana).
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
