Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end IT project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Define project scopes, goals, deliverables, and detailed task requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and timely execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to stakeholders and senior management regularly.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably in onsite roles.
- Proven experience in managing software development, infrastructure, or system integration projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- PMP, Prince2, or similar certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Asana.
