In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) projects. You will act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that automation strategies align perfectly with organizational goals to drive efficiency and reduce operational costs.
As the project lead, you will manage the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) for automation solutions. This includes defining project scopes, creating detailed roadmaps, and coordinating cross-functional teams comprising developers, data scientists, and business analysts. You will be responsible for mitigating risks, managing budgets, and ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and security. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the full project lifecycle for RPA and AI implementation, from discovery and requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with the company's strategic digital transformation objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and subject matter experts, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies to manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose innovative automation solutions to drive operational excellence.
- Conduct regular status meetings, risk assessments, and stakeholder reporting to ensure project transparency.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations for AI tools and RPA platforms.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, with a specific focus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- Strong technical knowledge of RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and AI concepts.
- Professional certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Agile (Scrum Master) is highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to risk management.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello) and reporting software.
