In this role, you will be the bridge between technical excellence and business goals, ensuring that our functional and non-functional test deliveries meet the highest global standards.
As an IT Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of testing projects, managing internal and external stakeholders, and driving performance through rigorous reporting and process improvement. You will work within a high-performance environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable the seamless creation and execution of comprehensive test strategies. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end testing engagement management for high-scale IT projects.
- Direct IT test delivery operations, covering both functional and non-functional testing methodologies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and alignment.
- Produce high-level management reports, tracking KPIs and project health metrics.
- Oversee the allocation of resources and enable the creation of streamlined test environments.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within the testing lifecycle to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management with a specific focus on Software Testing/QA.
- Strong expertise in both Functional (SIT/UAT) and Non-functional (Performance/Security) testing delivery.
- Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups and senior leadership expectations.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or ISTQB) is highly preferred.
