Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and usability testing to ensure high-quality software releases.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools, ensuring clear communication with the development team.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to analyze root causes of issues and verify fixes.
- Participate in sprint planning and design reviews to provide early quality feedback.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing procedures and outcomes.
- Ensure that all software meets performance requirements and user expectations before production deployment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in manual software quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Proven ability to write and execute detailed test scenarios for web and mobile applications.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a contract-based, team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
