Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts to validate system functionality and performance
- Execute manual and automated testing across multiple platforms and technologies
- Identify, document, and track defects with detailed severity analysis and resolution tracking
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely defect resolution and quality improvements
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate business requirement compliance
- Analyze testing results and provide actionable insights for system enhancements
- Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation including test procedures and standards
- Stay current with industry testing tools and methodologies to optimize QA processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT quality assurance or software testing
- Proficiency in testing tools (Selenium, JIRA, TestRail) and defect tracking systems
- Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies and testing frameworks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with both functional and non-functional testing (performance, security, usability)
- Certification in QA methodologies (ISTQB, CSTE) is highly desirable
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively
